Capitan public library
Capitan Public Library is one of three full-service public libraries in Lincoln County. Founded in 1996, it has become a vital, steadily growing, and constantly evolving community resource, enriching the lives of many. The library is governed by a 7-member board of directors and is staffed entirely by volunteers. Everyone is welcome to use the library and library cards are free to all Lincoln County residents. We invite you to use our public computers with free Internet, as well as free WiFi.
