When you access the Website, the Village will learn information about you during your visit. We will collect your name, email, and phone number when you voluntarily fill-out our contact form. We may also collect the same information plus business name if you fill-out our Smokey Bear parade entry form. To apply to register your business or list on our directory, we gather similar information plus specific business related information that is necessary to register your business (by law). Listing your business on our directory is optional.
The Village does not share or sell any information that is gathered through any of these website form submission, nor does it collect information that may be deemed as sensitive “personally identifiable” information: age, race, religious or political beliefs, ethnicity, or health status.
