The Village of Capitan, New Mexico wishes to inform all interested parties that the Village of Capitan Water will be Amending the Water Rate Ordinance and a Public Hearing will be held:

The purpose of this Public Meeting is to inform the public that the Village of Capitan is Amending the Water Rate Ordinance. It will now state that the Water rates zero to 3,000 gallon's usage (base rate), excluding gross receipts taxes. Rather than Water rates zero to 6,000 gallons usage (base rate), excluding New Mexico gross receipts taxes.
A copy of each of the Ordinances can be made available at the Village of Capitan.
